Our Hewitt branches total approximately 1,200,000 sq. ft. of surface area which includes spacious repair workshops which can accommodate up to 90 pieces of equipment at once with over 60 garage doors. This enormous potential enables us to efficiently respond to demand in addition to offering quality service.
Contaminant Control
Our technician team has strict control over contamination in order to keep the best quality components and repairs possible for you. Several Hewitt establishments in Quebec have received a “five star” rating for contaminant control, the highest distinction recognized by Caterpillar. We have set up different measures to maintain a clean environment:
ET is one of the tools used to diagnose and evaluate necessary Caterpillar engine and equipment repairs. It enables the collection of different data coming from internal Cat equipment computers in order to assist you in cost and maintenance control.
Service Trucks
In addition to our quality workshops, we also have over 100 service units on the road. Most of these trucks are outfitted with equipment that enables quick Cat product repairs.
