Parts Availability
At the Pointe-Claire branch, 98% of all part orders are processed within a 24 hour period, and within 48 hours at all other branches. Hewitt stocks more than 70,000 parts.
New Original Cat® Parts
New original Cat® parts are designed to maximize performance and durability. The raw materials combined with Caterpillar know-how are the key ingredients for optimal equipment performance.
Used Parts
One of the great features of Caterpillar parts is that they are designed and produced with a double lifespan in mind. With an impressive inventory in excess of 14,000 used parts, Hewitt offers an economical and reliable solution.
Exchange Parts
Offering the same performance and lifespan as new parts, exchange parts also extend the same warranty. Procedure controls applied during the entire overhaul enable us to offer superior quality parts which distinguish Cat and Hewitt refurbished parts from that of the competition. Hewitt has put together a wide range of exchange parts (hydraulics, engines and transmissions, among others) in order to suit your needs at a highly competitive price.
Cat® Classic
This is the affordable Cat option for end-of-life equipments – engine components, power train sets and undercarriages which are intended for less demanding applications and sold at a fraction of the price of new original Cat parts.
NEXUS™ – For equipment other than Cat®
With NEXUS™ replacement parts for the majority of equipment other than Cat, Hewitt is THE UNIQUE supplier for your mixed equipment fleet. When it comes to performance and durability, NEXUS™ products respect the original manufacturer’s quality criteria at low operating costs. A new range of pumps and engines, as well as undercarriage replacement parts, are available.
