Analysis Reports on the Internet (details)

Our analysis services are suitable for lubricating oils and coolant fluids.

Basic analyses for oils include tests conducted to obtain a reliable and significant portrait of the fluid condition and compartment wear. For a more rigorous analysis, we offer a wide range of additional tests available upon request. 

For coolant fluid analyses, we offer two service levels. The level 1 analysis is used in a regular preventive maintenance program to detect major problems. The level 2 analysis, involving a more exhaustive chemical evaluation, determines the coolant fluid quality and the condition of the cooling system.

Each analysis report includes measured test data and also provides a customized interpretation with related recommendations. The results are transmitted according to the customer’s preference, either by mail or email.

 

All results are also available free of charge any time on the Internet application S•O•S Services On-line. Email notifications will inform you when your fluid analysis results are posted online. Generate and print reports and graphs of your results.

In addition, our team is totally available to answer all questions related to mechanical equipment fluids.

The more you know about the condition of the mechanical compartments, the more you will take measures to profitably maintain and, thus, maximize the performance and service life of your equipment.
